Can a Class 13 server permit holder upgrade to a Class 12 mixologist permit when they turn 21?

Absolutely. Once the Class 13 permit holder turns 21, all they need to do is contact #1 ALERT and we will gladly upgrade the permit to a Class 12. IMPORTANT: We can only upgrade and replace permits that were originally issued by the #1 ALERT program or the National Licensing Association.
