How do I get a Class 12 mixologist or a Class 13 server permit in Washington if I was trained in another state?

If you completed a #1 ALERT MAST training or other alcohol server training course in another state and that training course is also certified in the state of Washington, you may receive a class 12 or 13 permit in Washington by completing the #1 ALERT Washington State supplement to the program and passing the standardized exam.
