Do MAST permit holders have to carry their Class 12 or Class 13 MAST permit with them?

The original Class 12 or Class 13 MAST permit has to be available for inspection by the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Since the Liquor Control Board inspections occur randomly, we recommend that servers keep the permit on their person or within an easily accessible location.
